About Me

Hello, 
​My name is Katie Pope and I am the dance teacher and Dance Team Coach at Green Level High School. I am a North Carolina Native and have been dancing since the age of five.  I am trained in ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, and tap along with the dance team styles of pom, kick, jazz and hip hop.  I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance Education with a NC K-12 License. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we live in Wake county with our sweet dog Riley.  I am so excited to direct this program and create an atmosphere that cultivates creativity.
